There are many types of sports in this living world !!! So much that I can't even list it out on one page. But I am going to list a few : Tennis, Badminton, Swimming, Table Tennis, Golf and so much more !!! Sport is an activity that is governed by a set of rules or custom and often engaged in competition. Sports commonly refer to activities where the physical capability of the competitor are the sole or primary determinant of the outcome (winning or losing). While playing some sports, we can certainly improve our health, thus we can learn how to be cooperative. It can prevent us from getting diseases such as diabetes, high blood pressure and others. Therefore, the advantages of sports outweighs the disadvantages. I strongly recommend you guys to take sports but do not overdo it. Thank You !!! :D
